By accessing and using this website, our CRM platform, and our booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site.

2. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services, pricing, or membership benefits at any time. Any changes to recurring fees will be communicated via the email address on file at least 30 days in advance.

3. SMS/MMS COMMUNICATIONS (The "Program")

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) from Soarfye Corp. These messages may include project updates, quote details, and service reminders.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Help: For support or more information, reply HELP to any message or email support@soarfye.com.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any text message. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

4. USER CONDUCT

Users agree not to use this website for any fraudulent activities, including unauthorized use of credit card data, attempting to bypass security protocols, or interfering with the automated checkout and payment systems.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including logos, text, and pricing structures, is the property of Soarfye Corp and may not be reproduced without express written consent.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Soarfye Corp and its carriers (including Twilio) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
